Cancellation process - 48 hours before the appointment time
This includes canceling, rescheduling, missing, no shows, etc. basically if you cannot come to the appointment). We try our best to accommodate but this policy also applies to COVID/health-related absences.
1st time: Appointment warning with no fee
2nd: Non-refundable fee will be processed for 50% of booked services including prepaid packages. We will also expect a non-refundable deposit to secure the next appointment.
3rd or more: 100% non-refundable fee for booked services will be charged immediately. We will also expect a deposit to secure the next appointment and also reserve the right to refuse bookings for habitual offenders.
Other situations that require deposits to secure your appointment spot include:
***Full set or new tattoo appointments
***Appointments 2 hours or more
***Double appointments (2 appointments back to back or at the same time)
Our phones are always open to text (best method) and voicemails.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments. NO personal checks.
Our technicians work diligently and appreciate any gratuity you may give as a sign of satisfaction for their work. It cannot be added to your card payments but cash is appreciated. Thank you.
Persons taking antibiotics or other photosensitizing medications should not be treated due to contraindications.
